Public Open House Sat, July 10th, 2010

8:00 am -1:00 pm Tours with Dr A, plant sale of remarkable unusual annuals in combination planters, perennials and woodies, book sale of Dr A's books and those of Mr Tennis, Dan McGill, tomato tasting, and bubbles for the kids.  It will be fabulous, $5.00 donation at door. DANCING WITH THE STARS - I paticipated in "Dancing with the Stars - Athens edition" to support Project Safe, a tremendous organization to help abused and battered women and their families.  We raised over $95,000, not bad for a bunch of dancing bumpkins.  

WE DID IT - THANKS TO ALL WHO VOTED - WE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLE'S LIVES - click here for more details, including the famous video on YouTube and photos.  

What a value

Even I can’t believe this price. Borders Books has merged my two “color” books on Annuals and Perennials into a single volume for $19.95!!  They are in the discount section (makes me feel even better) so you may have to ask.  A great gift, and a much better value than the local Burger Doodle.  A very limited number were printed, so get there quickly.
